At the request of a customer, a holder was developed which was further improved in the replacement process. The bracket offers the terminal the flexibility to be mounted in three different positions, made possible by the bolt circle. In addition, there are two cable entries: One through the table top to keep the cable hidden, or one on the back of the bracket. Brass threaded bushes have been used to improve mechanical stability and simplify mounting.

400 pcs. food-safe caps made of FDA-compliant ABS for closing plastic containers filled with fruit juice concentrate.
The cap is pressed onto the opening of the container by four snap-in hooks and securely fixed. The concentrate can be sucked in through the precisely fitting opening in the middle of the cap with the help of a stainless steel lance for dispensing drinks. For reasons of hygiene, a white food-safe material was selected that can also be cleaned in the dishwasher without any problems due to its high temperature resistance.

6-compartment cleaning adapter made of polycarbonate.
The cleaning adapter is specially designed to clean multiple containers quickly and effectively with hot water. It is of great importance that the material used retains its shape even at high temperatures. For this reason, polycarbonate was chosen as the material, as it has a temperature resistance of up to 110°C.

400 pcs. food safe sealing discs made of FDA conform ABS for sealing of glass carafes.
200 each convex and concave sealing washers were manufactured. These sealing discs are based on the shape of the glass carafe and ensure that the silicone seals are pressed accurately onto the glass surface when the nut is tightened. A composite material consisting of a hard plastic ring and a soft sealing material was also tested. This material should make assembly easier in the future and reduce the number of components from four to two.

Intake funnels to increase the performance of a classic car
The intake funnels were precisely adapted to the specific requirements of the vehicle. The optimised intake funnels led to an increase in air supply and thus to an improved performance of the vehicle. At the same time, the weight was reduced without sacrificing strength and durability.
