Component design for 3D printing
We support you from the initial consultation through to the complete design of 3D-printable models based on the principles of design for additive manufacturing (DfAM). Our aim is to implement your ideas with optimised designs that have been specially developed for the requirements of 3D printing. Technology
We currently only use the Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) manufacturing process, in which the workpiece is built up layer by layer from a fusible plastic or composite material.
Quality
With our 3D printers, we achieve a dimensional accuracy of ± 0.25 mm and can realise a layer height of 100 µm. It is currently possible for us to produce components with maximum dimensions of 330 x 240 x 300 mm.
